Lifetime Achievement Fund's Investment Objective and Strategy
Lifetime Achievement Fund seeks long-term capital
appreciation and growth of investment by investing primarily in common shares
of other open-end and closed-end investment companies ("Other
Funds"). The Fund is most likely
to invest in Funds investing primarily in the common stock of U.S. and foreign
companies.
Investment Selection
Process
Step 1: Use
fundamental macro analysis to identify undervalued opportunities in order to build
an investment portfolio that seeks to maximize total returns and minimize total
risk.
Step 2: Implement
a top-down approach to screen through the global universe of equity mutual
funds to seek out managers who specialize in a specific investment style or
sector. We look for managers that follow
a consistent, common sense approach in their investment process.
Step 3: Conduct
interviews with the underlying portfolio management teams identified during the
selection process. The result is a
globally and geopolitically diversified portfolio of 10 to 20 funds allocated
to meet the Fund's objective. Most
investments in the Fund are held for 3+ years and annual turnover has
historically averaged 15% - 20%.
